Yaël Rager is lid van onze praktijkgroep Mededingingsrecht, Sectorale regelgeving en Buitenlandse Investeringen.

Yaël heeft zich gespecialiseerd in EU- en Belgisch mededingingsrecht, met een focus op restrictieve praktijken, procesvoering, fusies en overnames, en distributie, met name in de sectoren van de automobielindustrie, farmaceutica en particuliere beveiliging. Ze heeft ook ervaring opgedaan in procedures voor buitenlandse investeringen en in witwascriminaliteit.

Daarnaast is ze een goedgekeurd bemiddelaar, wat haar in staat stelt om principiële onderhandelingstechnieken toe te passen om deals te bereiken of klantengeschillen buiten de rechtbank op te lossen.

Voordat ze zich bij Strelia aansloot, werkte ze in de afdeling Mededingings- en Handelsrecht van een Belgisch advocatenkantoor.

Opleiding
Yaël behaalde een diploma in Europees recht aan de Universiteit Maastricht (LL.B.), een master in internationaal ondernemingsrecht aan de Universiteit van Tilburg (LL.M.) en een master in Belgisch recht aan de Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Daarnaast studeerde zij af aan King’s College London (LL.M.), waar zij zich specialiseerde in het mededingingsrecht.

Toelating

Yaël is sinds september 2020 lid van de Brusselse balie.
