It is with immense pleasure that the partners of Strelia announce the appointment of Laurent Verhavert as a new partner as from 1 January 2017.

Laurent, 32, started his career at Stibbe in 2007 and he was part of the team that launched Strelia on 1 January 2013.

Laurent is particularly active in corporate matters, including M&A, private equity and venture capital, shareholders agreements corporate advisory and corporate real estate. Laurent will strengthen the corporate team of Strelia and will work in particular with Olivier Clevenbergh, Gisèle Rosselle and Jean-Pierre Fierens. Strelia will now have 7 partners and about 25 lawyers in total.
