Strelia is proud to share that Bart De Moor, Partner and Head of our Restructuring & Insolvency practice, will be speaking at the upcoming one-day seminar on the ‘Restructuring and Insolvency of Groups of Companies’, taking place in Brussels on 28 November 2025.

The event is jointly organized by INSOL Europe and Réseau CAP, and will feature speakers from France, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, Belgium, and the European Commission.

As INSOL Europe’s Country Coordinator for Belgium, Bart will chair and deliver the opening remarks, as well as contribute to the second panel discussion in the morning session.

INSOL Europe is the main association of insolvency practitioners, lawyers, bankers, investors, auditors etc… in Europe with more than 1.500 members.
