On Thursday 23 May, Bart De Moor, partner in our Dispute Resolution practice and in our Restructuring & Insolvency practice, was a speaker at a conference on corporate insolvency organised by the Conférence du jeune barreau de Bruxelles.

The meeting's topic was the analysis of the law of 25 May 2023 amending the Book XX of the Economic Law Code.

His speech focused on unfair prejudice of the rights or interests of affected parties in a restructuring plan and other instruments for enterprises in distress.
