Bart De Moor, our Dispute Resolution and Restructuring & Insolvency partner, will be a speaker at the upcoming 32nd World Forum of Mediation Centres, in his capacity as president of bMediation, the Mediation Center of the Brussels Bar and the Brussels Chamber of Commerce.

This event is organised from 4 to 6 April 2024, in London, by the UIA Union Internationale des Avocats, and the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution® (ICDR), in London, which is the venue of the conference.

Bart’s intervention takes place on Friday 5 April from 16:15 to 17:15 and will focus on "Mediation Providers – role and functions of institutional mediation contact points in practice”.

This seminar will be an opportunity to learn more about mediation and how it is practiced around the world.
