Nathalie Locht joins our Corporate and M&A practice as Senior Associate. With several years advising on domestic and international transactions, corporate governance and restructurings, she brings the kind of calm, considered deal-sense that clients rely on when the stakes are high.

Milena Witmeur joins our Dispute Resolution practice as Associate. Her background spans corporate work, M&A and litigation — a combination that has given her a precise, realistic approach to complex matters. She holds a degree in Law & Economics, which shows in how she frames problems.
