Jennifer spent a decade at Van Bael & Bellis before leading Legal & Compliance for Bayer’s Benelux operations for fifteen years. She built teams, designed compliance frameworks, and advised management through complex commercial matters in the broad sense and internal investigations.

Now she’s back practicing law full-time, bringing that perspective to clients who need employment counsel that understands both the legal requirements and how businesses actually work.

Her approach is direct and practical. Whether the matter involves collective labour relations, compliance design, or navigating sensitive internal issues, she focuses on solutions that serve the client’s broader interests, not just checking the boxes.

Jennifer is currently completing her postgraduate Master in Labour & Employment Law at VUB, adding to degrees from KU Leuven, King’s College London, and KU Brussels.
