Benoît Malvaux is a partner in our Tax practice.
With over 20 years of experience, Benoît focuses on the tax aspects of M&A and corporate restructuring, stock option plans, financial products and real estate transactions.
Benoît encourages a negotiated approach to issues, where appropriate, and has developed an dominant ruling practice: he has already obtained many rulings for all kinds of clients (including the Belgian State) regarding various complex tax structures.
Benoît frequently lectures at conferences on tax issues.
Education
Benoît obtained a law degree from Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL) in 1985, a post-graduate degree in Tax Law from the Institut Supérieur de Commerce Saint Louis in 1988 and an LL.M from Duke University School of Law (North Carolina, USA) in 1994.
Admission
Benoît was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 1996.
