Elisa Servais is a member of our Corporate and M&A practice.

Elisa mainly deals with corporate law and assists clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, company restructuring and other general corporate matters at both the international and domestic levels.

Education

Elisa holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Université Saint-Louis, a master’s degree in law from the Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL) and she completed a L.L.M in European Law at the College of Europe (2023), in Bruges. During her studies, she also went on an Erasmus exchange to the Trinity College Dublin, in Ireland.

Admission

Elisa Servais was admitted to the Brussels bar in June 2024.
