Elisa Servais is lid van onze Corporate and M&A praktijkgroep.

Elisa is vooral actief op het vlak van vennootschapsrecht en staat cliënten bij in fusies en overnames, joint ventures, bedrijfsherstructureringen en andere algemene vennootschapszaken, zowel op nationaal als internationaal niveau.

Opleiding

Elisa heeft een bachelor in de rechten behaald aan de Université Saint-Louis (2020), een masterdiploma behaald aan de Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve (2022) en voltooide een L.L.M. in Europees recht aan het Europacollege (2023), in Brugge. Tijdens haar master heeft Elisa ook deelgenomen aan een Erasmus-uitwisselingsprogramma aan Trinity College Dublin, in Ierland.

Toelating

Olivier is sinds Juni 2024 lid van de Brusselse balie.
