Ioannis Frank is a member of our Dispute Resolution practice.

Ioannis focuses primarily on commercial and corporate litigation in national and international matters. His practice covers contract law, post-M&A disputes, as well as franchise and distribution law.

Before joining Strelia, he worked as a lawyer in the Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property department of a Belgian law firm.

Education

Ioannis obtained his bachelor’s degree in law from the UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles in 2018. He then obtained his master’s degree in economic and social law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 2020, and a LL.M. European competition law and intellectual property from the Université of Liège in 2021. During his studies, he spent a semester at the Renmin University of China as an exchange student.

Admission

Ioannis was admitted to the Brussels Bar in November 2024.
