Ioannis Frank is lid van onze praktijkgroep Geschillenbeslechting.

Ioannis richt zich voornamelijk op commerciële en vennootschapsrechtelijke geschillen in nationale en internationale zaken. Haar praktijk omvat contractenrecht, post M&A-geschillen, alsook franchise- en distributierecht.

Voordat hij Strelia vervoegde, werkte Ioannis als advocaat in de praktijkgroep geschillenbeslechting en intellectueel eigendomsrecht van een Belgisch advocatenkantoor.

Opleiding

Ioannis behaalde zijn bachelordiploma in de rechten aan de Université Saint-Louis Bruxelles in 2018. Dan behaalde hij zijn masterdiploma in economisch en sociaal recht aan de Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 2020, en een LL.M. European competition law and intellectual property aan de Université de Liège in 2021. Tijdens zijn studies deed hij een studentuitwisseling aan de Renmin University of China.

Ioannis is sinds 2024 lid van de Brusselse balie.
