Julie Lo Bue is a Counsel in our Corporate & Finance practice.

Julie focuses on M&A, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital transactions. She regularly advises national and international clients in relation to multi-jurisdictions and cross-borders transactions in a wide variety of sectors. In addition to her transactional practice, Julie regularly advises clients with respect to corporate governance and general corporate law matters.

Education

Julie obtained her law degree from the University of Liège in 2012 and studied at the University of Glasgow (Scotland) in the framework of the Erasmus exchange programme. She also obtained a LL.M. in international business law from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2013.

Admission

Julie was admitted to the Brussels Bar in March 2014.
