Julie Lo Bue is een Counsel in onze Corporate & Finance praktijkgroep.

Julie legt zich toe op fusies en overnames, joint ventures, private equity en venture capital transacties. Zij adviseert regelmatig nationale en internationale cliënten in een breed scala van sectoren met betrekking tot grensoverschrijdende transacties en transacties die meerdere jurisdicties bestrijken. Naast haar transactiepraktijk adviseert Julie regelmatig cliënten met betrekking tot corporate governance en algemene vennootschapsrechtelijke aangelegenheden.

Opleiding

Julie behaalde in 2012 een diploma in de rechten aan de Universiteit van Luik en studeerde aan de Universiteit van Glasgow (Schotland) in het kader van het Erasmus-uitwisselingsprogramma. Zij behaalde ook in 2013 een LL.M. in international business law aan de London School of Economics and Political Science.

Toelating

Julie is sinds maart 2014 lid van de Brusselse balie.
