Louise De Meese is an associate in our Intellectual Property and Technology practice.
Louise assists clients in matters concerning copyright, trade secrets, trademarks, unfair market practices and regulatory issues. She also regularly advises them on the management and the enforcement of their trademark and design portfolios.
Prior to joining Strelia, she worked at two boutique law firms specialised in intellectual property law. During this time, she developed her expertise across a broad range of IP-related matters. She learned to address complex legal issues in a practical and commercially effective manner.
Education
Louise graduated in 2020 from the KU Leuven (cum laude). Her studies were focused on economic and international law. She also studied for a year as an Erasmus student at Durham University. After her studies, she completed an LL.M. in EU Competition Law and Regulation at the University of Amsterdam (UvA) and the Professional Training for Benelux Trademark and Design Attorney of the BBMM.
