Louise-Marie is a member of our Employment and Benefits practice.

Louise-Marie is a junior associate in our Employment and Benefits Practice, where she supports clients with advice across a wide spectrum of employment matters. She assists employers with issues such as dismissals, working time arrangements, employment documentation and policies, and compensation and benefits, while also guiding them through the broader aspects of Belgian labor law. 

Education

Louise-Marie obtained her Master of Laws at KU Leuven in 2023, with a major in Employment Law and a minor in Private Law. In 2024, she completed an additional master’s degree in International Law at the ULB.

Admission

Louise-Marie  was admitted to the Brussels Bar in September 2025.
