Louise-Marie is a member of our Employment and Benefits practice.

Louise-Marie is a junior associate where she continues to broaden her expertise while assisting clients across a wide range of employment law matters. She advises on issues including dismissals, working time arrangements, employment-related documents and policies, compensation and benefits, as well as broader aspects of Belgian labor and employment law.  

Education

Louise-Marie obtained her Master of Laws at KU Leuven in 2023, with a major in Employment Law and a minor in Private Law. In 2024, she completed an additional master’s degree in International Law at the ULB.

Admission

Louise-Marie  was admitted to the Brussels Bar in September 2025.
