Su-Yi Leung Wing Cheung is a member of our Dispute Resolution practice.

Su-Yi’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution in various industries including post-M&A disputes, banking, distribution and franchising. In addition to her dispute resolution practice, Su-Yi regularly advises the firm’s clients on various business and commercial law matters.

Su-Yi started her career as a lawyer in 2018. Prior to joining Strelia in 2021, she was an associate in the dispute resolution department of a Belgian law firm in Brussels.

Education

Su-Yi obtained her Master’s degree in law from the Université Catholique de Louvain in 2016, with a specialisation in European law. She participated in the Mercator exchange programme at the Université du Québec à Montréal in 2016. She also obtained an LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution from King’s College London in 2017.

Admission

Su-Yi was admitted to the Brussels Bar in March 2018.
