Su-Yi Leung Wing Cheung is lid van onze praktijkgroep Geschillenbeslechting.

Su-Yi legt zich toe op commerciële geschillenbeslechting, internationale arbitrage en alternatieve geschillenbeslechting in verschillende sectoren, waaronder geschillen na fusies en overnames, bankwezen, distributie en franchising. Naast haar geschillenbeslechtingspraktijk adviseert Su-Yi regelmatig cliënten van het kantoor over diverse zakelijke en commerciële juridische kwesties. 

Su-Yi begon haar carrière als advocaat in 2018. Voordat ze Strelia in 2021 vervoegde, werkte ze als advocaat in de praktijkgroep geschillenbeslechting van een Belgisch advocatenkantoor in Brussel.

Opleiding

Su-Yi behaalde haar Master in de rechten aan de Université Catholique de Louvain in 2016, met een specialisatie in Europees recht. In 2016 nam ze deel aan het uitwisselingsprogramma Mercator aan de Université du Québec à Montréal. Ze behaalde ook een LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution aan het King's College London in 2017.

Toelating

Su-Yi is sinds maart 2018 lid van de Brusselse balie.
