Olivier is een expert op het gebied van nationale en internationale overnames, overdrachten van aandelen en activa, private equity- en durfkapitaaltransacties, fusies en joint ventures. Hij heeft specifieke expertise in commerciële contracten. Bovendien is hij een gerenommeerd juridisch specialist op het vlak van franchise. 

Olivier combineert zijn transactiepraktijk met een geschillenpraktijk die hetzelfde soort zaken bestrijkt. Hij vertegenwoordigt cliënten in ondernemings- en vennootschapsrechtelijke geschillen voor Belgische rechtbanken en arbitragecolleges.

Zijn geschillenbeslechtingsactiviteit heeft betrekking op vorderingen na een overname (vertegenwoordigers en garanties, prijsaanpassing, earn-out...), geschillen tussen aandeelhouders en bestuurdersaansprakelijkheid.

Olivier Clevenbergh is sinds 1989 lid van de Brusselse balie. In 1995 werd hij toegelaten als “solicitor of England and Wales”.

Opleiding 

Olivier Clevenbergh behaalde een diploma in de rechten aan de Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 1989 en een Speciale licentie in economisch recht aan dezelfde universiteit in 1991.
