The 'friendly' corporate team at Strelia is 'extremely reactive and always to the point' in its advice and provides 'a personalised service'. The department is frequently instructed on domestic and cross-border corporate and M&A deals. Practice head Olivier Clevenbergh led a team that assisted Natixis with its public takeover of a controlling stake in Dalenys. Private Equity – Tier 3
The private equity practice group at Strelia is 'very flexible, responsive and to the point'. The team is particularly active in the biotech sector, with clients including Europem and Newton Biocapital.
